Bob Triebe who was in a very serious motorcycle accident can use all of our help!!!
As you may or may not be aware, our Chapter secretary, Bob Triebe, was involved in a violent motorcycle accident back in May. Bob was medevaced to a nearby hospital, where he has been recuperating for the past four months. Although he is currently in stable condition, there is no set time frame for him to return back to work, let alone to get back on the ice. Our Chapter has put together a fundraiser to raise money for Bob's medical bills and loss of wages. We are on target to raise to over $13,000.
We are reaching out to other Hockey Officials and anyone involved in hockey in the NY/NJ Metro area in an effort to obtain donations on Bob's behalf. Bob has been a dedicated NIHOA referee and executive board member for many years. His countless hours of hard work for our chapter and for Ice Hockey in general in NJ and the surrounding areas has not gone unnoticed. Any monetary donation would be greatly appreciated by Bob and his family. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
